Rewal: the method and the material language
The Rewal catalogue covers Rewal, Pobierowo, Niechorze, Śliwin and Trzęsacz and was prepared in July 2026. Its goal is one coherent system of place stories for the whole municipality. Every motif starts from a source, a date or a residents’ memory, and every form answers a function: a road, a roundabout, a square, a park, a promenade, a bus stop or a viewpoint.
A shared material language of sculptural concrete, GRC, timber in touch zones, mineral pigments and concealed light creates one brand for the Rewal Coast, while local motifs keep the character of each town. We recommend starting with a single, highly visible pilot site, where the materials, the reaction of residents and the cost of maintenance can be tested.
