Founded by Aleks Svirydzenka, Artisan Aleks Company was built through years of hard work, real construction challenges and constant growth. Our experience was earned on demanding projects where quality, durability and problem-solving mattered every day.
We specialise in turning difficult ideas into reality — sculptures, themed environments, facades and landmark structures that others often consider too complex. The founder personally leads the key sculptural work.
We are not beginners. We are professionals shaped by experience.
From 2008 to today
Our story
- 2008–2018Belarus
The company was founded in Belarus in early 2008. Here our technique of architectural concrete stone modelled directly on the wall was developed, together with a training programme and a team: facades, artificial rockwork, sculpture, interiors and small architecture.
- 2018Sweden
Aleks moved to Sweden. Projects include the restoration of a historic facade and The Pub in Kristinehamn, a barbecue area in Gothenburg and other projects in Örebro.
- 2021Poland
The company is registered in Poland and moves to theme-park scale: a multi-year programme at Hossoland, from the entrance gateway to an entire district.
- TodayEurope
A European specialist contractor for major themed, sculptural and architectural projects and public spaces — and the author of two books on the craft, with a third on the way.

We create ourselves
The sculptor in our mark is curled into a circle, like a person before birth — and in his hand he is shaping a head that looks like his own. He is not making a portrait of someone else. He is making himself.
That is how we see our craft. Every rock, every sculpture and every facade shapes us as much as we shape it: each mistake, each difficult site and each finished project becomes part of who we are. Experience is not something we collect — it is the material we are made of.
We are the creators of ourselves. And a master who has shaped himself through his work is the one you can trust to shape yours.
The circle is closed: the creator gives birth to the creation, and the creation gives birth to the creator.
Our path
We never stopped
It has been a difficult road: emigration, building everything again from scratch and the painstaking search for clients in new countries. What matters most is that we never stopped and were never afraid of difficulties.
We keep learning and growing professionally. We develop our own materials and technologies. We take on work that many avoid because it is too complex and brings no quick profit.
For many, it is just a business. For us it is a business too, but above all it is creativity, self-fulfilment, a life purpose and harmony, and constant growth. The founder’s professional experience predates the establishment of Artisan Aleks Company.
