From monumental park gateways and sculptural arches to immersive resort entrances and branded destination portals, each project is created to impress from the first second. Our constructions use durable steel frameworks or lightweight XPS/EPS systems when reduced weight is required. We create realistic finishes including stone, wood, metal, rock, fantasy textures and custom surfaces. Integrated lighting, smoke effects, moving details, signage and sound systems can be included. We do not treat theming as decoration applied to a finished building. The entrance, the buildings beside it and the path beyond are designed as one coherent space, combining architecture, sculpture, artificial rockwork, textures, colour, water, lighting and effects.
We can work from the client’s documentation, or start from the concept and develop the design together up to construction stage. Depending on the project we deliver single architectural elements, complete themed zones or multi-phase groups of buildings, on existing structures or on purpose-built steel frames and lightweight space frames.
We can join a project at concept stage, at detailed design stage or during construction, and we coordinate with the architect, the structural engineer and the general contractor.
