About · Process
How we work
Complex packages are predictable when scope, drawings, samples and responsibilities are agreed before production.
From brief to warranty
Thirteen stages, the same for a gateway, a rockwork landscape or a façade. Some can be short, but none is skipped without a reason.
Enquiry or project brief
You send drawings, visualisations or a short description. We review every brief and reply with a concrete next step.
NDA, if required
For sensitive projects we can sign an NDA before receiving full information.
Drawings and site information
Drawings, visualisations, a bill of quantities or site photos, whatever exists at this point.
Scope analysis
We read the scope against the site: conditions, structure, access and what is already built.
Concept and technical discussion
We do not promise a free concept for every enquiry. The scope of concept work is agreed case by case.
Budget range
An approximate range, so both sides know whether the project fits before a full proposal is written.
Proposal
The proposal and technical specification set out the final terms, responsibilities and exclusions.
Contract
Scope, responsibilities and warranty terms are fixed in writing.
Samples and mock-ups, if required
Where the surface or the form needs approval, a sample or mock-up comes before production.
Production and on-site work
Fabrication and work on site. Site conditions, access and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Installation
Installation of the finished elements and, where the feature has them, integration of smoke, light and sound.
Handover
Commissioning and handover of the finished feature.
Warranty
A warranty on completed work within the agreed scope. Period and terms depend on the project and the contract.

How a feature is made
Concept. We start with the site and the idea: site conditions, structure, access and the approved character design.
The photos below come from our sculpture builds, among them the Stone Guardian for Park Ogrodzieniec, a figure above the entrance to the Haunted House.
03
Layers and modelling
We apply the structural layers and model the surface.
Here the lightweight core of a figure has been carved into planes, the face, the hands and the arms, before the surface layers and detail.
Package contractor or specialist contractor
The same stages apply in both models. What changes is who holds the overall responsibility.
We deliver the package
We take responsibility for the concept, production, installation and commissioning of a defined scope, as on the Stone Guardian project.
We join your team
We work to the architect’s drawings and the general contractor’s programme, or take over and complete work already started, as with the ship at Hossoland.
A good brief shortens the path to a proposal
You do not need a finished design. Whatever you have of the following is enough to start.
- Type of venue and location
- Expected scope and scale
- Drawings, visualisations, a bill of quantities or site photos
- Approximate budget
- Planned start and completion dates
- Your role in the project
Responsibilities
Changes and responsibilities
Changes after approval are confirmed in writing before they are carried out. Site conditions, access and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Access matters as much as design: scaffolding, power and a safe working platform are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Durability is a system, not a surface
We build artificial rockwork, sculptures and themed façades as a complete system. Every layer is chosen for loads, weather, water contact and intensity of use. Outdoor, waterside and interior work use different layers, so we do not apply one system to everything.
Load-bearing structure
Steel or concrete.
Lightweight core
EPS or XPS where weight matters.
Reinforced layers
Meshes and composites.
Sculpted surface
Hand-shaped architectural concrete.
Colour and patina
Scenic painting.
Protection
Sealers and exterior coatings.
Warranty and care
Warranty and maintenance, honestly
We provide a warranty on completed work within the agreed scope. The period and terms depend on the type of project, materials, location, exposure, technical specification and contract. Final terms, responsibilities and exclusions are always set out in the individual proposal, technical specification and contract.
We build durable, low-maintenance systems, but no outdoor feature is entirely maintenance-free. We help plan inspections and carry out repairs. Materials, exclusions and timelines are covered in the questions and answers.
