Scenic painting & patina
Colour is what makes concrete read as stone, wood, bronze or old brick. We paint and age rockwork, sculptures, facades and themed elements by hand.
Rocks & stones
Granite, sandstone, limestone, river stones and cliffs. Layered glazes build depth in every crack, dry-brushed highlights catch the light on the edges, and lichen, moss and mineral stains make the rock look as if it has stood there for centuries.
Sculptures
Stone, bronze, wood or fantasy colour for figures and landmarks: weathered stone guardians, aged bronze, painted characters and creatures — colour that follows the form and survives the outdoors.
Facades
Brick, natural stone, timber framing and old plaster on new buildings: every brick and stone tinted individually, so the wall reads as real masonry from the street and up close.
How we paint
Five layers, not one coat
- 01
Base tone
A breathable, UV-stable base colour matched to the stone or material we imitate.
- 02
Layered glazes
Transparent layers build depth and natural colour variation — never one flat coat.
- 03
Highlights & shadows
Dry-brushing lifts edges and textures; washes darken cracks and joints.
- 04
Patina & weathering
Lichen, moss, mineral streaks, rust or soot — the marks of time, placed where nature would put them.
- 05
Protection
A clear protective finish for outdoor exposure, cleaning and years of use.
Painting can be ordered on its own — on rockwork and sculpture built by your own team — or as part of our full execution.
