Who we are

This website is operated by ALEKS SVIRYDZENKA ARTISAN ALEKS COMPANY, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG), NIP 9462711929, REGON 520542046 — "we". Contact for all privacy matters: info@artisanaleks.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what you send us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, the project type, the estimated budget and the project details you write. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your inquiry and to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before a contract) and to keep a record of our correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project correspondence is kept as long as required by Polish tax and accounting law.

Who receives it

Our team members who handle your inquiry, and our hosting and e-mail provider (Hostinger, servers in the EU), which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@artisanaleks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
