An artificial tree is a sculpture that has to look like living nature while carrying real loads. We make single trunks and tree-form columns, branches over a ride route, carved roots growing out of rock, boughs forming a pergola and whole sections of ruined forest in themed zones.
Such forms bring scale, shade and story where a real tree will not grow or survive: indoors, beside a ride track, on a concrete plaza, next to water.
They are made as standalone features, as scenery for attractions, and as elements of playgrounds, interiors and gardens.

How an artificial tree is built
The same systems as for sculpture and artificial rockwork, adapted to a vertical, branching form.
Structure
Load-bearing capacity comes from a steel structure and reinforcement.
Lighter sections
Lighter parts are built on EPS/XPS cores.
Hand-sculpted surface
The surface is built up in hand-sculpted cementitious and polymer-modified layers.
Bark, grain and knots
Bark, grain, cracks, knots and erosion are carved by hand.
Layered colour
Base coat, glazes, dry brushing and patina, so the wood looks convincing up close and from afar.
Fixing and installations
Fixing points, loads, drainage and maintenance access are agreed from the start; lighting, mist or sound are routed inside the form.
Outdoors
A tree that has to stay outside
A tree working outdoors has to withstand weather, frost, water and contact with visitors. That is why the fixing points, loads, drainage and maintenance access are settled at the beginning, not at installation.
The service is for amusement parks, hotels, restaurants, playgrounds and municipalities, as well as private clients who want an extraordinary feature in a garden or an interior.

Can an artificial tree stand outdoors all year?
It is built for weather, frost, water and contact with visitors, with fixing points, loads and drainage agreed at the start. Warranty terms depend on the project and the contract.
Can lighting or mist be built into a tree?
Yes. On projects with lighting, mist or sound we route the installations inside the form so they remain accessible for inspection.
Do you make trees for interiors?
Yes. Trees, columns and roots can be made for interiors, gardens, playgrounds and attractions.
Is this the same technology as your rockwork?
Yes. The structure, the cementitious and polymer-modified layers and the layered colour follow the same systems as our sculpture and artificial rockwork.
